Our available pickup and delivery dates vary based on our current schedule and availability. To see the most up-to-date dates available for your area, click the “Schedule A Pickup” button and begin the ordering process.

Our pickup calendar allows you to schedule up to 14 days in advance. If you are looking for a date beyond that timeframe, please check back when it becomes available.

Our schedule often fills quickly, and once we reach our pickup limit for a specific date, that date will automatically be removed from the available options. The dates shown during the scheduling process are the only current pickup dates available.

If you do not see a specific date you are looking for — or if no dates are currently available — please check back the following day. Cancellations and schedule changes are updated daily, which may open additional pickup availability.

We recommend scheduling as early as possible to reserve the date that works best for you.

Our pickup and delivery service includes the cost of driving to your location, processing your laundry, and returning it clean and folded. To keep our prices competitive while continuing to provide reliable service, we have a minimum order requirement.

Minimum orders start at $40, depending on your service area. If your laundry weighs less than the minimum, you'll simply be charged the minimum order amount.

If you don't quite have enough laundry, we recommend adding items like towels, bedding, or blankets to your order to get the most value from your pickup.

No! You don't need to be home as long as you've provided a safe, secure location for your laundry to be picked up or delivered.

Many of our customers leave their laundry on a front porch, at the front door, in a garage, or another designated location. Just let us know your preferred pickup and delivery instructions when scheduling your order.

If your building requires access or there are special instructions, please include those in your order so our driver can complete your pickup or delivery without any delays.

Whether you need laundry service just once, every week, or somewhere in between, you're free to schedule pickups whenever it's convenient for you. Use our service as often—or as little—as you like.

Many of our customers choose recurring service because of the convenience, but you're never locked into a contract.

When you schedule your first order, you'll securely save a credit or debit card to your account. We do not charge your card at the time you schedule your pickup.

After your laundry has been cleaned, weighed, and your order is complete, we'll calculate the final total based on the services provided. Your saved payment method will then be charged automatically, and you'll receive an emailed receipt for your records.

There are no hidden fees—just simple, transparent pricing so you always know what to expect.

Please place your laundry in a closeable laundry bag, reusable laundry bag, or a standard trash bag. Your bag should be securely closed so your clothes stay contained during pickup and transportation.

Please do not leave your laundry in a hamper. We do not take hampers, baskets, or other laundry containers — only the laundry itself. If your clothes are placed in a hamper, please transfer them into a bag before your scheduled pickup.

If you are on a recurring schedule and plan to be away, you have a few easy options to pause your service while you’re gone.

When you receive your pickup reminder, you can simply reply “Skip” to automatically skip that scheduled pickup. You can also log into your online account and pause your service for the dates you will be away.

There are no long-term commitments, so you have the flexibility to pause, skip, or restart your service whenever needed. When you’re ready to resume service, we’ll be happy to get your regular pickups back on track.

You don’t need to weigh your laundry before scheduling a pickup. Simply place your laundry in a bag, and our driver will weigh it when it is picked up.

Your final order price is based on the final clean and dry weight of your laundry, not the initial pickup weight. This means if your laundry is dirty, damp, or contains items that weigh more before washing, you will only be charged based on the weight after your laundry has been professionally washed and dried.

Once your laundry has been cleaned, dried, and weighed, your final order total will be calculated and your payment method on file will be charged the correct amount.

For the safety of our employees, equipment, and other customers' laundry, we are unable to accept items that are heavily soiled with bodily fluids, human or animal waste, vomit, excessive urine, blood, mold, or other biohazardous materials.
